FASTLOADER

This trailer also called fastloader is specially developed for the hydraulic hoof trimming crush model 800-1. An 800-1 hoof trimming crush doesn't have an axle with tires and cannot be pulled by a car. On request of a French hooftrimmer the following system is developed:

The combination mentioned below, delivered to a French hooftrimmer, contains a 800-1 hydraulic hoof trimming crush and a model 200-0 gate frame with 4 meter gates. The trailer has an empty weigth of 500 kg. Maximum load including own weight is 2700 kilogram. Hoof trimming crush 800-1 weighs 900 kilogram, gate frame 200-0 around 200 kg. The total combination including trailer weighs 1700 kilogram. Ofcourse it is also possible to buy the crush without the 200-0 gates, then the weight of the trailer combination would be 1500 kilogram.

The height of this combination is not exceeding 2,47 meter. In most barns it is possible to drive directly in the barn. A big plus because that makes faster working possible.

By using the elevator, the crush is put up some 10 centimers, so the 4 legs can be attached to the side of the crush as you can see below.

When all 4 legs are attached the elevator of the crush is put again down, so that the crush is standing on the 4 legs attached to the side. 

The trailer is driven in front, and the hoof trimming crush is standing free from the trailer.  

When the trailer is gone, the levator of the hoof trimming crush is put to maximum (50 centimeters), so the 4 legs come free from the ground. The hoof trimmer takes of the 4 legs.

Now the crush is ready for using! The total process of putting on legs and making the crush ready for hoof trimming doesn't need to take more time then 3 minutes. 

These trailers meet European road safety requirements and are delivered with an export numberplate.
